Terms & Conditions
Travel restrictions, including COVID-19 protocols, may apply depending on your destination. Always check national, local, and health advisories before booking.
Fare Guarantee
Flight fares on FlyConUs are not guaranteed until your tickets are issued. Most e-tickets are issued within 24–48 hours for domestic and up to 72 hours for international bookings. All prices are listed in USD or CAD unless mentioned otherwise. If a fare changes more than 7% before issuance (excluding taxes), you can cancel and get a full refund.
Once full payment is made and tickets are issued, no price changes apply—unless there’s a change in government tax.
If there’s any issue during booking, we’ll contact you by phone or email. A confirmation number doesn’t mean your ticket is finalized—your booking is complete only when you receive a valid ticket number.
Payment Terms
Your credit/debit card might be charged in multiple transactions adding up to the total. If your payment isn’t processed, we’ll notify you. Until payment is confirmed, prices and availability may change.
If there’s a price update during processing, you’ll be notified and can choose to proceed or cancel without charges.
Cancellation Policy
All confirmed bookings on FlyConUs are non-refundable and non-transferable. If the airline allows changes or cancellations, both the airline’s and our service fees apply. If you miss your flight or arrive late, you’ll lose the full ticket value.
However, some tickets can be canceled within 24 hours or up to 3 hours before the flight.
Changes
Any itinerary changes will incur airline fees (typically $75–$500 USD per ticket) plus any fare differences. Some fares are completely non-changeable.
Route Changes
Not allowed once booked.
Flight Schedule Changes
FlyConUs is not liable for airline schedule changes or delays. We recommend reconfirming your flight directly with the airline at least 72 hours before departure.
Airport Guidelines
Arrive 3 hours early for international flights and 2 hours for domestic ones. Bring all necessary travel documents.
Involuntary Changes
FlyConUs is not responsible for any flight changes made by the airline.
No-Show Policy
If you don’t show up and haven’t informed the airline in advance, the ticket value is forfeited. This is strictly enforced by airlines.
Frequent Flyer Miles
Miles may be accrued with some airlines. Check with your airline for details.
Visa & Passport Requirements
FlyConUs does not manage visas. It’s your responsibility to check visa and passport rules with the relevant embassy. For most international trips, your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your return date.
Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, delays, weather issues, medical emergencies, and more.
Credit/Debit Card Security
FlyConUs accepts cards with verified billing addresses. Transactions are securely processed. Your card will not be charged until your booking is confirmed.
We may verify your identity through third-party sources to protect against fraud. This doesn’t affect your credit score.
If your card is declined, we’ll notify you within 72 hours. Bookings are not final until payment is accepted and the ticket is issued.
Changes to Terms
FlyConUs may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the latest version. Please check back regularly for updates.

Your security is important to us. We verify user information to prevent fraud. All data is handled in compliance with global privacy and data protection laws.
